About your disability support services funding

Our accommodation is your home away from home
Home is more than just a roof over your head. It’s also a place where you feel supported. That is what Active Support Disability Services provides: a home-like environment with a caring team to support you with personal care, address challenging behaviours, and complex health needs.
Our share homes and supported accommodation are based in Western Sydney, and cater to people living with a disability and people with complex needs recovering from drug and alcohol abuse who are separated from their family.
