Employment Assistance

We work in partnership with disability employment services to assess participants and find the right job that suits their personality and accommodates their needs.

So that our participants receive the most benefit from their employment opportunity, our support staff remain on-site to supervise participants who experience more complex needs until they are ready to transition to working independently.
